Issue: Unable to login to MPS
Error Message: "Error processing authorize command not successful; transaction failed due to an error processing the database updates. "
Root Cause: MPS was forcefully shutdown, or Windows was shutdown/restarted without logging off of MPS and closing the application.
Resolution: If you are trying to login to MPS and you get this error after entering your login information, you can resolve this issue on your own by calling into comm center and ask to speak with your dispatcher or a supervisor so they can log off your unit on their end. Once the dispatcher has logged off the unit, you can press the logon button again in MPS and get logged in.
