In late 2019 / Early 2020 the County is implementing a new VOIP telephone system, by Cisco.  Attached are documents that will explain the phone system, voicemail functions, how to utilize the Jabber remote access via cell phones (if authorized), and how to access the Self Care portal to manage your own phone line and features.


While TSU may be able to answer some questions regarding the phone system, County IST is responsible for the systems ultimate management.  To request help or to modify your phones, please contact County IST helpdesk via email at helpdesk@marincounty.org or call  Ext. 6315 .  


For all other related devices, such as cellular phones, please submit a helpdesk ticket for MCSO TSU.
