Outlook Application Creating a New Signature
- On your Outlook Application click on File
2.) Click on Option in the bottom left corner.
4.) Click on Signatures
- Select your email account and click New
5.) Enter your signature Name in the blank field.
6.) Copy your signature from one of your old emails > paste it to the Edit signature field > Click Save
7.) Select your new default signature in the New Messages and Replies/forwards field > Click OK
